After a very successful first round, the developers of Mafialife.com have opened the second round of the internet online mafia multiplayer game early this August. The game shows several aspects of what the real life mob would entail in a fiction role-playing scenario. It offers viewers a chance to participate and interact with other people who want to experience what its like to have power, luxury, and be above the law.
The new round, as with every round, comes with several new features for players to enjoy. The layout for the entire game has been replaced along with a new logo and slogan. Players are able to now keep up with current events in the Mafialife community with a newspaper that updates every few days. Businesses have been expanded in the game to a whole new level. In addition to being able to rob the safety deposit box and cash register, you are now able to rob the production line where you can get inventory of a business. Furthermore, businesses can now help build characteristics of a gangster if properly worked and maintained. For added interest, the type of businesses you may own in the game has been expanded.
The site is intended for mature audiences of 18 years of age or older. The game restarts every few months and offers new features, prizes and functionality with unlimited potential. A three day trial sign-up evaluation period for curious minds is available. The free trial has a person start as a recruit where they are able to do limited daily things in the game as a gangster and communicate with the Mafialife community until he/she buys a token to become a made person.
